I thought I would write and let you all know how me and Binks are getting on with the Teatox.
Well Binks started 4 days before me so he finishes next week but I started on Sunday.
So far I have lost 4 pounds since I started ( Go me!) woo!.
Brooke feels:
I feel lighter and more awake then I would normally, I have to be a 100% honest with you we haven't been eating much healthier but we have cut back a lot which is amazing for us we both have the sweetest tooth ever we both cant go into a shop without buying Chocolate, crisp and a Lucozade.
But some days I do feel really ill like the second day I was on it I woke up with the biggest head ache ever and it was that bad I had to take pain killers which I cant do id rather have liquid medicine (big kid I know). But other then that day I have felt great.
Binks feels:
Binks is great too but he has felt sick a lot but has been okay, he hasn't been eating healthier like me but he has cut back. I am proud of him because he used to go out and drink a lot to the worst states but yesterday as you will see in his blog. He has been great too he has lost weight.
All in all I would recommended the Bootea Teatox to you all!
we still have next week to go but figures cross we keep doing what were doing!
